Levees Breached in North Platte County
The Platte County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that the levees just north of the village of Iatan have been breached in several instances. The area affected includes the rural area near Bean Lake. No injuries have been reported.
A flash flood warning remains in effect until Wednesday at 6 p.m. for Platte County.
