Spelman Fundraiser is Tonight (Thursday)
Rick and Debbie Heininger are throwing a Patron Party for the Spelman Foundation at their home this evening from 6:30 to 9:00. The food will be provided by Bonefish Grill and Richard Morehouse from Pedroncelli Winery in Sonoma Valley will be on hand for the wine tasting. A $55 donation is suggested.
The Spelman Medical Foundation has successfully completed a $1.8 million dollar capital campaign for an innovative Center for Women’s Care at Saint Luke’s Northland Hospital. The Center opened in June 2006 and has received high marks from patients and medical care providers. The foundation continues to raise money for the center and the ongoing care provided at the facility.
